Scout Sunday 2008

Thanks to all who took part in the Sunday Service at Hillcrest Christian Church -- our scouting home. Special thanks to Mr. Bob Chadwick, Troop 201 Chartered Organization Rep., for facilitating this event. We had a good turn out of over 30 scouts and scouters and families in attendance. A picture of the group is attached.

2008 Summer Camp Opportunities
Being able to go to multiple scout camps is one of the qualities that makes Troop 201 a truely unique choice.  Every summer Troop 201 goes to both Theodore Naish Scout Reservation and H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation.  In addition, Adult Leaders step up to provide additional opportunities.  Here is where the troop went this past summer:
Theodore Naish Scout Reservation
Proposed camping dates:  session 1 June 8 - 14, 2008
Cost is $215 per full time camper, $35 per day for Part Time Adult Leaders
H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation
Confirmed dates: July 17-26, 2008 Camp Piercing Arrow, Campsite McKenzie
Cost is $280 per full time camper, $35 per day for Part Time Adult Leaders
Camp Alexander in Colorado
